You should mention that people can just set their computer at October 31 and then visit all the pages. This doesn't count as cheating.

I highly doubt that works, LiquidOoze. Perhaps if there were in-game medals that relied on a certain date, changing your system clock would "trick" the game, but since all one had to do is visit various profile pages, I'm guessing the date check was server-side instead of client-side.
